At Phone Straps, we try to get orders to you as quickly and efficiently as possible - generally orders are delivered within 6-12 business days.
All products are shipped with tracking information, and you will receive information from Phone Straps as we fulfil your order.
Phone Straps delivers nationwide across New Zealand and Australia, offering free shipping to both urban and rural areas.
Note: The delivery time shown on the product page is an estimate and not a guarantee. If you are purchasing for travel within the next 12 days then we encourage you to check with us before ordering.

We are not responsible for delays caused by an incomplete or incorrect address.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help or refund.
Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy. You can request a return within 14 days if your order meets the return eligibility criteria.
To be eligible for return, the product must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with any tags. You may also be asked to provide proof of purchase to qualify for a return. Refunds will be processed to the original payment within 10 business days.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
You will be notified once we receive and inspect your return. We will let you know if the return is accepted as meeting the eligibility criteria or not. If accepted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
