Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship to New Zealand and Australia

How long does delivery take?

Delivery generally takes 6 to 12 days, although we always try to be as fast as we can. Individual product delivery times are displayed on each product page.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer free shipping to New Zealand and Australia. 

Can I get a refund if I am not happy with the product?

Yes - we offer a 14 day return window - please refer to our returns policy. For refunds - unless the product is defective or we've made a mistake - you are responsible for returning the product to our address in Wellington NZ. 

Am I covered by NZ consumer law?

Yes, you are buying from a small business based in NZ so you are covered by NZ consumer law.  By buying through us you can have piece of mind that if something goes wrong you are dealing with someone in NZ who would like to put it right. 

Where do you ship from? 

Most products are couriered by air from our overseas logistics service - it's a fast and competitively priced service which is why we can provide free shipping. If you are travelling soon and want a product couriered from within NZ then contact us, but this will usually cost more as domestic couriering is more expensive for us (sadly) and not necessarily faster.
